Applying PRINT® Beyond Work
This offering is for partners and adult family members of individuals who have completed PRINT® in the workplace.
It provides an opportunity to explore individual PRINT® insights and understand how different ways of thinking, communicating and responding to the world can shape everyday interactions and relationships.
The session supports greater awareness of difference, deeper understanding of behaviour patterns, and improved connection in everyday life, grounded in the same insights used in workplace development, applied beyond the organisational context.
How I work
My approach is grounded in depth, presence and systemic awareness. I work with what is emerging in the moment, while holding a clear focus on outcomes that matter to leaders, teams and organisations.
I integrate coaching, facilitation and structured insight tools to support shifts in mindset, behaviour and leadership practice. This allows leaders to move from awareness into aligned action.
Across all work, I focus on creating the conditions for reflection, honest conversation and new ways of seeing, so change is not only understood, but experienced and embedded.
